While the dealer will want to help ensure the opposite happens. The dealer will want players to get the answers wrong, so they have to drink. If the player gets the answer right, the dealer will need to drink.

Basically, you have to ensure the questions you ask are fair. If the player gets the answer wrong, they must take a drink. If the player gets the answer correct, then the dealer must drink, and the player will become the new dealer.
They then ask the player next to them a question, and the process repeats itself. The dealer will change automatically after three wrong answers, so don’t worry; dealers won’t be expected to keep drinking every turn.
If there are three wrong answers, the dealer can select who they want the new dealer to be. There is no actual endpoint to Fuck The Dealer, but many people end the game after about 30 – 45 minutes because players can end up getting drunk very quickly.
Custom Rules
